Fouled Anchor1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using any Fouled Anchor Safety LLC application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to: IH Toolbox, FaultLine, RadAegis, LabAegis, and JHA Rapid.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Apps.

3. AI-Generated Content (JHA Rapid)
JHA Rapid uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI models, with on-device and local fallbacks) to generate Job Hazard Analysis content. AI-generated hazard identifications and control recommendations are suggestions only and must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified safety professional before use. Fouled Anchor Safety LLC is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
4. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal and professional use. You may not reverse engineer, modify, rent, or use the Apps to create competing products.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within our Apps (safety data, incident reports, JHA documents, photos, notes, etc.). By using the Apps, you grant us a limited license to store, process, back up, and synchronize your content to provide the service.
6. Payment, Pricing & Subscriptions
All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through App Store settings. Veteran and military discounts are provided on an honor-system basis. Refund requests are governed by Apple's App Store policies.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that using these Apps will result in compliance with any regulations or safety standards. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOULED ANCHOR SAFETY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.
9. Safety Data & Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations including OSHA, NRC, EPA, HIPAA, and industry-specific standards. While we provide CloudKit backup, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Apps may integrate with third-party services including Apple's CloudKit, Apple WeatherKit, National Weather Service, and OpenAI (JHA Rapid). We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Termination
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or violate intellectual property rights. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
