💾 How do I back up my data?

All apps support CloudKit synchronization, which automatically backs up your data to iCloud. Your safety records, incident reports, JHA documents, and professional data are securely synced across your Apple devices. You can also export data as PDF or CSV from within each app.

🔄 How do I sync data between devices?

Enable CloudKit synchronization in app settings. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices. Data syncs automatically when online.

💳 How do veteran discounts work?

Veteran and military discounts (20% off annual subscriptions) are honored on an honor-system basis. Discounted pricing is available directly in the App Store for all our apps.

🌍 Do apps work offline?

Yes! All apps work offline. Changes sync automatically when you're back online. Some features (weather data, AI-powered JHA generation) require internet connectivity.

🔒 Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (CloudKit). We do not share your safety data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

📱 What iOS versions are supported?

Most apps require iOS 17 or later. Check the App Store product page for your specific app. We recommend keeping iOS updated for security and compatibility.

Technical Support

Crash Reports & Errors

If the app crashes: note the steps that caused it, check you're on the latest version, restart your device, and contact support with details if the problem persists.

Sync Issues

Check your internet connection, verify iCloud is enabled (Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud), disable and re-enable CloudKit sync in the app, and restart your device.

Billing & Subscriptions

Manage subscriptions via App Store > Profile > Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support directly for refunds.
