Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using any Flavor Trek application (BBQ Wayfinder, Sandwich Wayfinder, or Pizza Wayfinder), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the apps. These terms are provided by Fouled Anchor Safety LLC, operating under the Flavor Trek DBA.
License to Use
Fouled Anchor Safety LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flavor Trek apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms.
Permitted Use
You may use Flavor Trek apps to:
- Discover regional food territories through GPS detection
- Browse regional atlases and territory maps
- Record personal check-ins and saved places
- Use Big Five nearby search and navigation
- Generate and share personal territory cards
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Flavor Trek app
- Use the apps for commercial purposes without written permission
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the apps
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use automated means to access or interact with the apps
In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Fouled Anchor Safety LLC does not handle payment information directly. All sales are final unless required by Apple's refund policies or applicable law. Consumable tip jar products provide no app features; they are voluntary contributions to support development. Each app's Pro unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase; it does not renew and restores on all your devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
Location Data
Flavor Trek apps request location access for GPS-based territory detection. Location data is processed on-device only. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You may revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings.
Accuracy of Regional Data
Regional territory boundaries, style notes, and food information are based on historical research and editorial judgment. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Fouled Anchor Safety LLC makes no representations about the completeness, accuracy, or currency of regional data. Boundaries are interpretive and may not reflect all local opinions or variations.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Flavor Trek apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Fouled Anchor Safety LLC does not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fouled Anchor Safety LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Flavor Trek apps, including damages for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Intellectual Property
All Flavor Trek app content, design, code, regional data, and branding are the intellectual property of Fouled Anchor Safety LLC. The Flavor Trek name, logo, and Wayfinder product names are trademarks of Fouled Anchor Safety LLC.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
